We process your data to the extent necessary as long as you are a customer with us or enter into a development collaboration with us.
Data recipients
Except to the extent necessary in connection with data collection, we do not pass on information to other data controllers without your consent. Data collection includes AIS data and other relevant information and no personal information.
What do we use your information for?
The personal data provided in connection with collaboration or product purchase is stored by Nautimated APS and stored for up to one year after the end of collaboration. This concerns name, telephone number and e-mail address.
Information about name and contact information is used by Nautimated ApS in connection with user creation and login to the platform. This includes any sending of notification emails as well as the necessary communication connected with the operation of the platform, to the extent that you use it.
Business data, such as data about ships, is saved for analysis of the platform's performance and functionality, after the collaboration has ended.
Test data is used on the platform's test environment where real ship information and company information are used.
If automatic payment is implemented as part of the agreement, information will be passed on to a payment service when payment transactions are completed.
How we store your data
All data in the Nautimated platform ApS is stored on servers in the EU.
Business-critical data shared with Nautimated is stored on platforms that are protected by user login.
All Nautimated employees are informed about how business-critical data is processed securely.
Cookie settings
Nautimated.com uses cookies which are necessary for the website to function normally.
They provide, among other things, the possibility to keep track of each user session and login details. This ensures i.a. that you are not logged out when you click around the website. Other cookie settings ensure that the website functions optimally.
